Rongbuk Monastery Hotel
Rongbuk Monastery Guesthouse has also been called Rongbuk Temple Hotel, which is located across the road from Rongbuk Monastery. Most likely, it's the highest guesthouse in the world, which is next to the new Everest Base Camp now.
Rongbuk Monastery Guesthouse is very basic, no shower, no heat. Usually, 4 or 5 people share a dorm-bed room without a bathroom. But there are also a few twin rooms without bathroom available here at Rongbuk Monastery Guesthouse, of which electric blanket is offered in the winter.
The guesthouse has a simple restaurant provide noodles, coffee, milk, or fried egg with rice.
