Himalaya Kailash Hotel is the best hotel available in Darchen at the moment. The guestrooms are spacious and comfortable in Tibetan design. The hotel hall and guestroom are all covered with Tibetan carpets. Some of the guestrooms have ventilation systems, automatic sprinkler systems, and fire control systems.
Himalaya Kailash Hotel has Chinese and Western buffet restaurants, cafes, foot massage, karaoke, sauna, internet bar, etc.
Since this is the 4-star hotel here at Darchen, the starting point of the Mt Kailash Kora, also probably the only hotel here with an indoor bathroom available, you can expect that it’s also very pricey. Rooms in Himalaya Kailash Hotel are in high demand, especially in the pilgrimage peak month from July to September. So, you would better book early before these months. In your inquiry, you mentioned that there are three of you would like to have an Everest & Kailash tour in October. For travelers less than five, we usually suggest them join our small group tours to keep the cost down. We do have a 15-day Mt. Everest & Mt.
