In the afternoon, tourists will pay a visit to Sera Monastery, which is one of the “great three” Gelug monasteries of Tibet. Monks debate starts around 3 to 5 p.m. It’s very attractive even if you don’t understand what they are talking about at all. Interested in price for March 2020 Senior Trip to EBC

Due to Tibet's unique background, apart from a Passport and a Chinese Visa, all foreign tourists allowed to enter Tibet must have Tibet Travel Permits. However, Tibet Travel Permit will not be issued for all tours from February to March.

Could you advance or put off your tour plan as Tibet Travel Permit will not be issued in March? Different month, different cost.

Also, is it possible to join a group tour? Cos the group tour cost would be much lower than a private tour.

We are seniors and want to go on this trip. However, we are concerned of the high altitude breathing problems we may encounter. We are both fit and are in our 70's.
