This is a trip to take you from Lhasa to the west of Tibet, Nagri and then return to Lhasa. 2-day Lhasa sightseeing lets you have a general understanding of the history of Tibet, the humanities and the lives of the local people. And then you will head to the world's highest peak, the Mount Everest via Gyangze, Shigatse, and Tingri. The last but not least, you will reach the Mt.Kailash. Kailash in Tibetan means the treasure of the snow-capped mountain. Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism, Bon - native religion in Tibet and Jainism recognize it as the center of the world. Indians also think that this is the center of the world. They think Shiva lives here, who has the strongest mana and the highest position. At the same time, the upper reaches of the Indus and the Ganges originates from here. So, around the Mt.Kailash, you can see a large number of Indian pilgrims. Mt.Kailash is not the highest mountain in the area, but only the peak of its year-round snow can shine with a strange light in the sun shining, eye-catching eyes. The distribution of the four walls of the peak is very sharp symmetry, the shape of the crown pyramid. The special mountain shape is very different from the surrounding mountains. For centuries, the Mt.Kailash has been a fascinating place in the minds of pilgrims and explorers, but no one has ever been able to board the mountain, or no one has ever dared to break the center of the world.

Good Afternoon, I am very interested in this tour, preferably for the second half of October. Typically, how large are the tour groups? Is there a cap on the numbers? Is there risk of the tour being cancelled due to poor numbers? Meals... Its says some are included, however its also in the exclusions... Does the guide assist with procuring meals for lunches/dinners etc? May sites claim that travellers should bring snacks etc etc... is this necessary? Sorry, to many questions i know... i just want to lock in the right tour company for the best possible experience. With thanks, Kris

For this 15 days Mt.Everest & Mt Kailash Kora Pilgrimage Group Tour, it’s suitable for those physically fit and better have a littel bit experiences of high altitude trekking.

For high altitude sickness, we suggest that visitors with a severe cold, a high fever, acute or chronic pulmonary diseases, severe cardiovascular diseases should avoid traveling to regions with a high altitude. Most visitors to Tibet will suffer from at least some symptoms which will generally disappear through acclimatization in several hours to several days. After 1 or 2 days acclimation in Lhasa, almost all of them can adapt to the local environment and these symptoms will disappear. And, we have equipped oxygen tank for emergency use. For this 15 days group tour, the altitude in Lhasa city is 3680m, after starting from Lhasa city, your altitude will gradually rise to 5100m till Everest Base Camp. Then you will drive to Darchen from EBC, from here, you will do 3-day trekking around Mt.kailash. When you get to Mt. Kailash, the altitude would be 4700m. Your 3 days trekking would be at this altitude, more or less 100m around. Here is the walking time for 3 days Mt.kailash trekking. The arrangement of the itinerary is based on your acclimation, so you will not feel uncomfortable.
