Dear Mich***,

May I just recommend some itineraries in Nepal for your first?

Option I: Although there are only 8 days, we can arrange one day trek in Pokhara, which is also the entrance of Annapurna Base Camp. Also in Pokhara, besides its amazing natural scenery, it's also a paradise for paragliding, rafting, mountain biking, etc. We can arrange one or two more days here if you want.

Option II: 11 Days Annapurna Base Camp Trek. ABC trek is ranked No.1 of the world's top 10 trekking routes. This is also a very moderate trek for first-time trekkers.
