How much you should tip to your guide and driver?
Basically, it just depends on the service quality, besides the travel days. Normally, USD 5 to USD 10 per day for the guide or driver if you just stay in Tibet with in on week, and about USD 5 per day if you will stay in Tibet more than one week.
If you think your guide and driver are professional and quite helpful, his attitude fo guiding is very well, you can just tip them more and vice versa, you can just tip them less, even you can tip them nothing if their service is very bad.
Or after your tour ends, you may also consider to give some gifts for their help at your personal ideas. They will be more than happy to receive the gifts whether small or big.
Have a good time and make friends with them, you will be fun in Tibet!
