Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrive in Lhasa and rest for acclimatization
Meet us at train station or airport, be greeted and offered a white scarf (called Hada) in a Tibet traditional way which brings you good luck. Then transfer to your hotel in Lhasa and have a good rest for the acclimation.

02: Sightseeing in Lhasa city: Potala palace, Tibet Museum, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Bazaar
This morning, visit Potala Palace. It is more than 3,700 meters above sea level and it is the highest palace in the world! At the top the palace called golden roofs, you can have a bird-eye view of the whole of Lhasa. In the distance there are undulating mountain ranges, the beautiful Lhasa River, tracts of fields, tree-shaded villages and the glistening Jokhang Temple.Later visit Tibet Museum and get a vivid impressions of Tibetan culture and civilization.
Afternoon, visit Jokhang Temple, it is the first built during the period of Sontsan Gambo in the 7th century, features Buddhist prayer wheels, reclining deer, golden sutra streamers. You'll find that many Pilgrims pray before the monastery even in the cold winter.

03: Sightseeing in Lhasa: Drepung monastery and Sera monastery 
Visit the Drepung monastery in the morning, it's located at the foothill of Wutse mountain and was founded in 1416. It's the biggest monastery in Tibet, once more than 10,000 monks stayed there. Right after lunch, drive to Sera Monastery, there you can enjoy the exciting lection debating of Lama, one of the main attractions of Sera.
Day 04:Lhasa--Yamdrok Lake-Gyangtse---Shigatse
Drive 300kms from Lhasa to Gyangtse through the Kyichu and Yarlung valley, en-route enjoy the fascinating Yamdrok lake, it is one of the most sacred lakes in Tibet, Afternoon you will visit Kumbu Palkhor monastery in Gyantse, experience the mysterious religion harmonious with different Buddhism factions. Later afternoon arrives in Shigatse and overniht there
Day 05:Shigatse---Tingri---Mt. Everest Base Camp
Drive 240kms from Shigatse to Tingri on the sino-Nepal highway and then drive on the unpaved bumpy road from Tingri to Rongbuk monastery, it is about 100kms far, takes about 3 hrs. If the weather is good, you will luckly to see the wonderful sunset as well as other high montain peaks lies on the Himalaya.
Day 06: Mt.Everest Base Camp---Lhatse---Shigatse
After you visit the Rongbu monastery and explore around Mt. Everest Base Camp, drive directly back to Shigatse, luch can be served in Lhatse county
Day 07: Shigatse---Lhasa, visit Tashilumpo monastery, one of the six biggest Gelukpa monasteries, which contains the world's largest bronze statue called Jampa buddha, then drive back to Lhasa city along the Yarlung Zangbu river, this highway is different from the one mentioned on Day 04.
Day 08: After breakfast, drive to the airport or train station for your next destinations..
