Itinerary:

Day01 Arrive in Lhasa by air or Train, transfer to hotel, check in and rest for high altitude.

Day 02/03 Sightseeing at Potala palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Bazaar,Tibet Museum, the Norbulingka palace, Sera Monastery, etc.

Day04 Lhasa-Shigatse: visit Tashilumpo monastery and local products market.

Day05 Shigatse-Saga

Day06 Saga-Paryang

Day07 Paryang-Lake Manasarovar

Day08 Lake Manasarovar-Darchen, prepare trekking

Day09, Trek from Darchen to Diraphuk, it takes about 5 hrs, then camping and rest
Day10, Dhirapuk to Zuthulpuk (20 Km), it takes about 5 hrs, then camping and rest.
Day11, Zuthulpuk to Darchen

Day12, Darchen-Paryang

Day13 Paryang-Saga

Day14 Saga-Shigatse

Day15 Shigatse-Lhasa, enjoy Yamdrok lake or Yangpachen hotspring.

Day16 Transfer to the airport or train station for your next destination.
