Information you provide
At the time you book the tour with us, please send us the following information of each member of your party. *Full name; Passport number; Nationality; Gender; Birth date; Occupation. We need the above information to apply for Tibet permits for you. You have to tell the travel agency your occupation as diplomats, journalists or government officials can not get Tibet permits with the help of any travel agency. They need more difficult procedure to get the permits from the government as Tibet is a political sensitive place.Information sharing
We'll hand in your personal data and the tour program to the Tibet Tourism Bureau to apply for the Tibet permits. We'll deliver the permit to your last stop before you enter Tibet if you will fly to Tibet. We'll fax it to you or email the scanning one to you in the email if you'll enter Tibet by train.Information security
We take appropriate security measures to protect your private information. The permit will be safekept by your guide during the tour. Your Tibet permit will be handed in to the Tibet Tourism Bureau and kept on record after your tour ends. Any unrelated person could know little about your private information.Tibet Train Travel
