Travel Itinerary:

Day 01:Drive from Kathmandu to Kodari (4 hrs.) after immigration formalities in Zhangmu-2300 m, continue drive to Nyalam-3450m.

Day 02: Drive from Nyalam to Lhatse, visit Milarepa's cave enroute

Day 03: Lhatse - Shigatse (3900 m.) tour via Sakya . Overnight HotelEn route, visit Shakya Monastery before crossing the Lalung-La (4500 m) and continuing across the plains to Shigatse.

Day 04:Shigatse - Shalu Monastery - Gyantse (3950 m.) tour. Overnight HotelAfter visiting the Tashilimpu Monastery, it's a short drive to Gyantse with its amazing sights - Khumbum, Palkor Chode Monastery and Gyantse Dzong.

Day 05: Gyantse - Lhasa (3650 m.) tourThe highlight of this day is the beautiful turquoise lake, Yamdruk - Tso. After crossing the Kamba- La and the Yarlung (Brahmaputra) River, the journey ends in Lhasa.

Day 06: Lhasa Sightseeing ( Morning visit Potala palace Afternoon visit Sera Monastery)

Day 07: Lhasa Sightseeing ( Morning visit Jokhang temple and Barkhor Street Afternoon visit Drepung Monastery )

Day 08:Transfer to the airport and fly out to Kathmandu

1) Prices listed are per person, based on double occupancy. Prices are in USD.

3) To make your tour much easier, a free of charge transfer service from airport to Lhasa and Lhasa to airport/railway station will be provided on first and last day at a fixed time. But please be aware of that the service is offered one time only that day around 11am. So in order not to miss it, we suggest you have your flight ticket handled through our assistance.
4) If you have your own flight time that may not make it to match our free of charge service, an individual/separate transport with extra charge can be provided.
